So, changes…..

So lots of things have changed since i last did this blog, and please understand, this waffle n chat is primarily for MY mental health, if i amuse or help you along the way then yay!! I am now in insulin as my poor covid whacked pancreas finally gave up.

So this presents a different issue in my needing to considering eating whilst it to maintain good blood glucose control.

Im aiming to put my calorie intake AND GM control readings up here, in case i notice trends, but again just for MY mental health & to keep me on track.

Exercise also plays a huge part in this never ending journey, to reduce blood glucose & diet this wreck of a body out, i want to be healthy & happy for a few more decades!

Here we go again!!

 26th of July 2025, sigh!!

life is speeding past, but my fat ar*e remain static

So, my plan is to start slowly, this week just concentrating on NOT being on a diet!

Ha, Ha, Ha I hear you say!

Yeah, yeah, heard it all BEFORE!

Me too 😭😭😭

But every day is a new hope, new chance, new start

Looking back over my posts, taking the positives, planning the menu on foods I clearly enjoyed, my plan is too also "blog" once a week as a catch up for ME (enjoy as you will 😉 )
