So lots of things have changed since i last did this blog, and please understand, this waffle n chat is primarily for MY mental health, if i amuse or help you along the way then yay!! I am now in insulin as my poor covid whacked pancreas finally gave up.
So this presents a different issue in my needing to considering eating whilst it to maintain good blood glucose control.
Im aiming to put my calorie intake AND GM control readings up here, in case i notice trends, but again just for MY mental health & to keep me on track.
Exercise also plays a huge part in this never ending journey, to reduce blood glucose & diet this wreck of a body out, i want to be healthy & happy for a few more decades!
