aaaah Monday!
Breakfast was poached eggs (a bit runny for me) on Hovis fab fibre with laughing cow cheese spread (for a change).
Lunch was tomato soup with nuts, cherries and an Alpen bar.
Dinner was grilled chicken with roasted BNS (too much for me! eyes bigger than my belly!), carrots and courgettes, plus pak choi.
