Home post my first two full night shifts.
Had a slice of toast once home before bed, did not take a photo!
Hovis fab fibre with a laughing cow cheese triangle and some marmite.
Brunch was smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on toast.
Dinner was stuffed peppers with roasted vegetables.
Low on calories today as I slept for most of it!!
May catch up tomo....
