Post night shift, breakfast was 2 slices of Hovis Fab Fibre with triangle cheese, ham and hard boiled eggs.
Lunch sort of passed me by as I was asleep. So dinner was chicken & veg stir fry with a store bought sauce, cals seemed ok, but salt was a little higher than I would of made. I tried BNS noodles aka Boodles! they were ok, I would not try to make myself as far too fiddly! but they were a nice bulk out to the stir fry.
