Lots of cleaning today, so thats my "workout"!

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with the new Vegan sausages; mushroom & leek.


Lunch was tomato soup, mixed nuts, an Alpen bar and greek yogurt with berries.


Dinner was the now perfected Char Sui pork tenderloin with roasted veggies and pak choi.
