22nd July 2020

Had the real munchies today....
Breakfast was poached eggs on toast with laughing cow cheese.


Lunch was a mussel salad, with seaweed, I also used up the Thousand Island dressing I made up from last nights dinner; plus nuts/grapes for after.


Dinner was fajitas.... and somewhere through the day I had some slices of ham  😒


So salt and carbs were elevated today.... but its the week balance Im looking at.
