Post night shift, walked home and then had breakfast with Hubby before walking and bed.
Breakfast was 2 slices of Hovis Fab Fibre, triangle cheese, poached eggs and ham.
Pre work dinner was grilled chicken with warm lettuce, in a cajun spice!! chicken, chorizo & rice (homemade) soup, cherries and berries with greek 0% fat yogurt.
