Work tonight, so meals split into two 😀

Brunch was wholemeal pitta with cream cheese, ham and hard boiled eggs, with nuts and then yogurt and berries.
A post meal walk and then bed for a snooze!


Dinner was chicken, chorizo & rice soup, with grilled chicken and spinach with an Alpen bar. Very satisfying before work.
Thankfully no temptations tonight.
