Post night shifts, so breakfast and bed.
Breakfast was sardines on wholemeal pitta, took a photo but my phone didnt save 😕
Lunch was left over fajita sauce with a mixed salad.
Dinner was Prawn & Cabbage "melt".... this is SO easy and super yummy!
lots of green stuff today!
Calories under today, mostly because I slept for a long period, and I also only had the meals, no nuts or fruits alongside.
