Bit of an off colour day, not really any serious walking done. Got the serious munchies too.... not a good combination.
Breakfast was a wholemeal pitta with cheese triangles and marmite - too sad to photo!
Lunch was a chicken salad with wakame seaweed and jalapenos.
Dinner was Spicy beef with added kale.
