Work tonight, so two meal split day 😀

Brunch was smoked salmon, jalapeno cheese and scramble eggs on wholemeal pitta. With raspberries/blackberries and greek 0% yogurt.



Dinner was grilled chicken with spinch, tomato soup, an Alpen bar and mixed nuts.



On a full night (12.5hrs) so I have brought a little 4am snack, in case I get hungry, I dont want to make bad choices.

Boiled egg with spinach and an Alpen bar.
