Post full night shift, walked home in the rain! Thats dedication! 😀
Brunch was wholemeal pitta with cream cheese/ham and mixed nuts.
Dinner prior to work was grilled chicken with spinach and added sriracha sauce, chicken/chorizo (home made) soup, cherries & raspberries, greek 0% yogurt and an Alpen bar.
Got my 4 am snack ready.
