Post night shift Brunch was vegan sausages (burnt them! so ended up with ham slices!), poached eggs on Hovis Fab Fibre with cheese triangles.


Pre work dinner was grilled chicken with spinach, tomato soup, an Alpen bar, mixed nuts and cherries.


Normal 4am snack box is ready, boiled egg with raw spinach and an Alpen bar.
