1 June 2020 Food Diary

Zero energy today 😕
I even got up super early to try and be productive, I think it backfired on me as I was just knackered and luck lustre all day.

Breakfast

Avacado with cayenne pepper on wilted spinach with scrambled eggs and wholemeal pitta.
Lunch was left over salad bulked out with chicken thighs and spinach, with a couple of tangerines. 


Dinner

Prawn, BNS & spinach curry with Cauli'Rice.   It was yummy and easy enough, but I was too tired to each much of it, so its gone into the freezer as leftovers.
