Much more "with it" today!
Am noticing that I am doing this fasting malarky, without even thinking about it, so now Im going too and be consistant with it. So far Im fasting between 10pm and midday - 14hrs.
Brunch today was sardines in tomato sauce on wholemeal pitta and spinach with figs and apple on the side.
Dinner was a new dish; stroganoff with veggie cubes..... we all decided that the beef was not needed, more mushrooms instead - so our first veggie dinner in the future!!
