8 June 2020 Food Diary

Did lots of food prepping today, managed to prep' for 3 days dinners, lunches and snacks.

Breakfast was a "thin" bagel with cream cheese and sliced hard boiled eggs.

Lunch was totally yummy tuna wraps, using little gem lettuce leaves for the "wraps"; I added a gherkin for a kick in the tuna.






















Dinner was a firm favourite; Malaysian Pepper & Chicken curry with added spinach for me and CauliRice..... boys had normal pilau rice and some quick fry chapatis (we have an amazing corner shop that sells every product you can think of and then some you didnt know you needed!)



Evening fruit has been pared down this week to berries and 0% greek yogurt so that I can have the odd piece of fruit during the day.
