Had a (social distance!) picnic in the park with my girlfriends & kids...... it was lots of fun to catch up - we are all on a diet of sorts, so lots of healthy food was brought!
I took the left over Heck! chicken sausages, some spinach and boiled eggs; nice to nibble on as we chatted
By dinner I was flat out knackered so no real dinner prep, the boys had chicken stir fry with a jar of sauce and microwave rice (larder staples) and I had the chicken, stir fry and a herb stock pot.... tasty and super easy.
